Substitution Policy
Due to seasonal and supplier availability, rose colours, greenery, packaging and add-ons may vary slightly. Rosella will always keep the same style, colour theme and value as close as possible.

Why substitutions happen
Fresh flowers and gifting materials depend on seasonal harvests, supplier deliveries and local stock. Exact roses, shades, greenery, boxes, ribbons, cards, balloons, vases or add-ons shown in photos may not always be available.
Our substitution standard
- We keep the same occasion, colour palette, arrangement style and overall value as close as possible.
- Where a main item is unavailable, we use an equal or higher value alternative where practical.
- For major substitutions that change the look or meaning of the gift, Rosella will try to contact the customer before fulfilment.
