Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. Eligible products can be requested for same-day delivery throughout the day. Stock and route capacity still apply, an urgent-order surcharge may apply after the cutoff, and Rosella will contact you if today cannot be accommodated.

Can I add more than one balloon?

One balloon is allowed per standard package. Larger balloon setups are custom quote requests.

Do cakes require notice?

Yes, cakes require 48 hours notice unless Rosella confirms ready stock.

Can rose colours change?

Seasonal availability can vary, but Rosella keeps the same style, colour theme and value as close as possible.
