Delivery pricing

• Polokwane delivery is R 150; Gauteng delivery ranges from R 250-R 1 000 according to delivery distance; Centurion is R 300 and Pretoria East is R 350; Cape Town flower delivery is R 200; delivery is free on orders of R 3 500 or more.
• Nearby Gauteng delivery starts at R250, Centurion is R300, Pretoria East is R350, and longer routes are priced according to delivery distance.
• Cape Town flower delivery is R200. Flowers, chocolates and teddy bears are available for Cape Town delivery. Balloons, cakes and Bear Drop are not available in Cape Town.
• Delivery is automatically reduced to R0 when the merchandise subtotal is R3 500 or more. The threshold is calculated before the delivery fee and after any product-level price changes reflected in the cart.
• Select the matching service area during checkout. Addresses outside these areas need a confirmed custom delivery quote.

Same-day delivery

• Same-day delivery may be requested throughout the day for eligible products, available stock and supported delivery areas. Orders placed after the same-day cut-off may carry the stated urgent-order surcharge.
• Same-day delivery may be unavailable during peak periods, heavy rain, supplier delays, road closures, load constraints or unusually high order volume.
• Products with a 48-hour notice rule, including cakes unless confirmed otherwise, cannot be selected for earlier delivery dates.

Delivery attempts

• Please provide the recipient's full name, phone number, complete address, building or gate access details and any special instructions.
• If the recipient is unavailable, Rosella may contact the customer or recipient to arrange a safe handover, reception drop-off or re-delivery.
• A second delivery attempt may carry an additional fee if the first attempt failed because of incorrect information, no access or recipient unavailability.

Hospitals, schools, estates and offices

For hospitals, schools, estates, offices and secure buildings, the customer must confirm the correct ward, department, office, gate, visiting rules or reception point. Rosella is not responsible for delays caused by access restrictions after arrival.

Delivery confirmation

Order tracking and status updates may show when an order is paid, preparing, ready for delivery, out for delivery or delivered. A successful delivery may be confirmed by driver note, recipient confirmation, reception handover or admin update.
