Which orders count?
Each successfully paid website or Rosella app order placed from the program launch earns one stamp, regardless of how many items it contains. Paid custom payment-link orders and Bear Drop bookings count too. Previous orders, unpaid, cancelled, fully refunded, test and free reward orders do not count. Service-quotation deposits and instalments do not count as separate retail orders.
Is my whole eleventh shopping basket free?
Your reward is a separate, complimentary bouquet of 24 florist-selected roses with baby's breath and premium wrapping, worth R1,500. It includes standard delivery to an address anywhere in Gauteng or Polokwane. Other products, extras and Bear Delivery are not included. No further purchase is needed to claim it.
Do I have to register before ordering?
No. Your account is created automatically with your checkout email. To see your progress or claim a reward, sign in with that same email and verify it. You can use Google sign-in, an email sign-in link, or Reset password to choose your own password. We never send a password in an email.
How do I claim my bouquet?
Open My Account, find your Rose Circle and choose Claim my free bouquet. Enter the recipient and delivery details and select a date from tomorrow within the next 90 days. Your reward is saved as an order with a R0 total, and you'll receive a confirmation and order progress updates.
Can I earn more than one bouquet?
Yes. Every ten qualifying paid orders earns another bouquet. Your progress carries on automatically, and you can save an unlocked reward for a later occasion. Rewards are linked to your account and cannot be exchanged for cash or used as credit towards another product.
What if an order is cancelled or refunded?
A cancelled or fully refunded paid order loses its stamp. If a reward has already been used, the corrected balance is carried forward before another reward becomes available. If Rosella cancels an unfulfilled reward order, that reward is restored to your account.
Where can my free bouquet be delivered?
Anywhere in Gauteng or Polokwane, with standard delivery included. The delivery address must be inside one of these regions. We arrange delivery for your selected date; exact delivery times are confirmed by our team. Bouquet colours and styling are chosen by our florists.
