Cake orders require at least 48 hours notice unless Rosella confirms that a specific cake is available for same-day fulfilment. The website will block earlier delivery dates for cake add-ons and products that carry this notice requirement.
Availability and substitutions
Cake flavour, size, decoration and supplier availability may vary. Rosella will confirm special requests where possible and may suggest a suitable alternative of similar value if the requested cake is unavailable.
Allergens and handling
Customers must tell Rosella about known allergy concerns before ordering. Rosella may use third-party cake suppliers and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment unless expressly confirmed in writing.
